Effective November 1, 2019, Michael “Mike” Williams was named as the Director of Recruiting and the Director of Diversity & Inclusion for Michelin North America. In this dual role, he is responsible for attracting, identifying, recruiting, and integrating diverse and inclusive talents in line with the needs of the business. Prior to being named to this role, Mike served as the Facility Personnel Manager for Michelin North America’s passenger car and light truck manufacturing facility located in Lexington, South Carolina. He was responsible for contributing to the site’s industrial performance by steering the human resources.
